2. Service Description

• VPS Hosting: Virtual private servers with dedicated resources
• Dedicated Servers: Full server resources for high-performance applications
• Domain Registration: Domain name registration and management services
• SSL Certificates: Security certificates for encrypted connections

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. However, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security

• Use strong, unique passwords for your account
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Keep your contact information up to date

4. Payment Terms and Billing

All hosting services are billed in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Billing Cycles

• Monthly: Billed every 30 days
• Quarterly: Billed every 90 days with 5% discount
• Annually: Billed every 365 days with 15% discount

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. Domain registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable due to third-party costs.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Prohibited Activities

• Hosting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other systems
• Using excessive server resources that impact other users
• Hosting adult content without prior approval
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations

Resource Usage

Shared hosting accounts are subject to fair usage policies. Excessive resource consumption may result in account suspension or upgrade requirements.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

Data Collection

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including:

• Account registration information
• Billing and payment details

Data Security

7. Limitation of Liability

Hostneko's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the month preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate our terms of service.

Termination Process

• By Customer: 30 days written notice required
• By Hostneko: Immediate termination for violations, 30 days notice otherwise
• Data Retention: Account data retained for 30 days after termination
• Refunds: Pro-rated refunds available for annual plans

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted after the retention period.
